New Year + New Job + New Headshots
Cassandra and I connected when she posted in a local mom group looking for a photographer who could take professional headshots. She had just begun a new job, and she wanted pictures to use on her company’s social media pages and for business cards.
We had so much fun during her session-drinking coffee, laughing (and freezing) together out on the roof at Center in the Square, and running around downtown to find perfect little photo spots to make the most of her 20 minute session. I wanted to ensure she had a lot of variety so that her social media posts wouldn’t look too
repetitive.
Her outfit choices paired with her AMAZING red hair worked so well with the Roanoke skyline and the different brick backdrops scattered around downtown. We also lucked out in finding the City Market decked out in gorgeous paper star lanterns. Isn’t it nice when things work out like that?
The best part of sessions for me is getting to capture my client’s personality and getting their genuine smiles on film…and Cassandra has a beautiful smile!
